My stay at Basaya Beach Hotel & Resort was overall quite pleasant. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a vibrant neighborhood. I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, particularly the manager who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was plentiful, but the Wi-Fi could use improvement. The rooms were clean, although I noticed the lack of three-pin sockets which was a minor inconvenience.
